Tracy Ogbunamiri

Tracy is the President and cofounder of Impact 6. Currently, he works as a Global Studies Manager overseeing the product development of groundbreaking cancer treatments. Although the majority of his career experience is in the biomedical field, he’s always had an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping children from underprivileged backgrounds.

Doug Parrish

Doug is the Vice President and cofounder of Impact 6. He is a former professional football player in the Canadian Football League and currently works as a strategic planner and designer in advertising. Throughout his journey of playing football collegiately and professionally he has spent most of his time off giving back to underprivileged communities. Doug has been mentor to many youth and program creator of various athletic clinics and camps for the youth.

Elliott Dykman

Elliott is one of the cofounders of Impact 6. Currently he works as a Finance Corporate Recruiter sourcing talented candidates in the Los Angeles area. Elliott has experience in Business Development and has worked for various Nonprofit Organizations. Community service continues to be a large part of his life, and he is consistently developing new strategies to impact his community.

Jenny Salinas

Jenny currently works as a Research Associate for the University of California, Los Angeles where she performs various molecular research techniques in their Glioblastoma Lab. She is also applying to medical school with the goal of becoming an oncologist. Jenny has also worked for various Nonprofit Organizations in San Francisco as well as the Inland Empire area.

Natalie Gonzalez

Natalie currently employed as the Director of Engagement at the Boys 7 Girls Club of the Greater Conejo Valley. She works with corporate partners to fund vital programs and services for youth across Ventura and Los Angeles counties. From the Los Angeles Rams to General Motors, Natalie works to create sustainable change in her community. In addition, Natalie is a contributing author for a nonpartisan organization, Your Vote Your Moment dedicated to providing election resources and educational materials to Los Angeles residents.
